1. Information we process
This policy applies to papple.cloud and Papple’s account, storage, design and collaboration features. Depending on how you use the service, the information we process includes:
- Account information: your email address, display name, account identifier and information needed to authenticate your session.
- Content you provide: files, models, drawings, project names, folders and changes you save or sync with Papple.
- Collaboration information: invited members, invitation email addresses, roles, access permissions and sharing links.
- Operational data: sync status, requests sent to the service and error information needed to diagnose issues.
- Support information: your email address, messages and documents you choose to send to Papple.
2. How we use information
Papple processes information to authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, save and sync designs, manage access, send collaboration invitations and provide support. Operational information helps us identify errors, address abuse and keep the service running.
3. Google sign-in
When you choose to sign in with Google, Papple uses identity information provided by Google, including your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status and display name, if available, to create or authenticate your Papple account.
This sign-in flow does not ask you to share your Google password with Papple or grant access to read Gmail or Google Drive. Google’s handling of information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage your connection with Papple in your Google account; disconnecting does not automatically delete your Papple account or stored content.
5. Data storage & security
Papple stores session information and some preferences in your browser to keep you signed in and maintain your experience. You can clear website data in your browser; doing so may sign you out or remove local preferences, but does not automatically delete data stored by the service.
Account information and content are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, handle support requests and meet applicable obligations. Deletion timelines may differ for active data, backups and operational logs. No online system can guarantee absolute security; protect your account and keep your own copies of important documents.
6. Your choices
You can use the available features to manage content, change sharing settings, revoke access and sign out. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information and account, email contact@papple.cloud.
Papple may need to verify that you own the account before processing a request. Some information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations or resolve disputes. Deleting content cannot recall copies that others have downloaded or stored outside Papple.
7. Policy updates
This policy may be updated as features or operations change. The new version will be posted on this page with its update date. Changes requiring separate notice or consent will be handled according to applicable requirements.
8. Contact
For questions about privacy or how Papple processes data, contact contact@papple.cloud. Describe your request and include the relevant account email address; do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
