1. Scope
These terms apply when you visit papple.cloud or use Papple’s design, file management, storage and collaboration tools. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using the service.
You must have the right to use the service and provide your content. If you use Papple on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
2. Your account
Some features require you to sign in. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and the actions you take. Do not share your password or allow unauthorized use of your account.
If you sign in with Google, your use of your Google account is also governed by Google’s terms. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Papple account, contact contact@papple.cloud.
3. Rights to your content
You retain the rights to files, models, drawings and other content you create or upload, to the extent that you own or are licensed to use those rights. Using Papple does not transfer ownership of your content to Papple.
You allow Papple to store, process, display, back up and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you use, including syncing and sharing according to your access settings. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is provided lawfully and does not infringe others’ rights.
Papple’s branding, interface and software belong to their respective rights holders. These terms allow you to use the service through its available features; they do not transfer intellectual property rights in the platform.
4. Sharing & collaboration
You are responsible for choosing recipients, roles and the scope of sharing links. People with editing or management permissions may change content and access settings within their granted capabilities. Do not share documents belonging to clients, colleagues or third parties without permission.
Revoking access or deleting a link does not recall copies already downloaded by recipients. Keep copies of important documents before transferring ownership, deleting files or taking actions that affect collaborators.
5. Acceptable use
When using Papple, you must not:
- Access accounts, data or systems without authorization, or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Upload malware, damage data, disrupt the service or generate traffic intended to overload the system.
- Impersonate others, commit fraud, harass others or use the service for unlawful activities.
- Post or share content that infringes others’ privacy, intellectual property or other lawful rights.
6. Features & availability
Papple is under ongoing development. Features, storage limits, compatibility and product information may change. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues or infrastructure providers; Papple does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Plans and pricing are subject to the conditions published when they are offered. Plans marked “Coming soon” are not an invitation to pay; purchase, renewal and cancellation terms will be provided when the relevant paid services become available.
7. Your responsibilities
Papple is a design tool. You are responsible for checking dimensions, models, drawings and exported data before using them for construction, professional submissions or decisions with real-world consequences. Software output does not replace review by a suitably qualified professional.
Keep your own copies of important data. Each party’s responsibilities are determined by applicable agreements and relevant law; these terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Stopping use & access restrictions
You may stop using Papple at any time and contact us with account or data requests. Data retention and deletion requests are described in our Privacy Policy.
Papple may restrict or suspend access where there are signs of a breach of these terms, a threat to system security or a lawful requirement. If you believe your account was restricted in error, you can request a review using the contact email below.
9. Changes to these terms
Updated versions will be published on this page with an update date. Where changes require separate notice or acceptance, Papple will follow applicable requirements. You should review these terms when your use of the service changes.
10. Contact
Send questions about these terms, reports of violations or support requests to contact@papple.cloud. Provide enough information to identify the issue, and do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
